Foundational Course
Build Your Foundation in Biblical Deliverance and Spiritual Ministry
Every meaningful journey in ministry begins with a strong foundation.
The Foundational Course at Divine Intercession’s School of Deliverance introduces believers to the biblical principles of spiritual warfare, deliverance, and healing through Jesus Christ.
This 10-week training programme is designed to help students strengthen their understanding of Scripture, develop spiritual discernment and recognise the responsibilities involved in supporting others through Christian ministry.
Whether you are exploring deliverance for the first time or seeking to develop your existing knowledge, the course provides an opportunity to grow in faith, understanding and spiritual maturity.
Understanding the Foundations of Deliverance
Deliverance is an important subject within Christian ministry, but it is also one that requires careful biblical understanding.
At the School of Deliverance, we believe preparation begins with knowing God’s Word, understanding the authority of Jesus Christ, and developing the character needed to serve others responsibly.
Our Foundational Course introduces students to these principles while encouraging a thoughtful, compassionate and prayer-centred approach.
The aim is not simply to learn about deliverance, but to understand how Christian faith, prayer, discernment and personal responsibility work together in ministry.

More Than Knowledge: Developing the Right Heart for Ministry
Deliverance ministry involves real people with personal experiences, concerns and vulnerabilities.
For this reason, the Foundational Course places importance on how students approach others, not simply what they know.
We encourage students to develop a ministry attitude shaped by compassion, integrity and respect.
Spiritual maturity involves recognising personal limitations, remaining open to guidance and understanding when additional professional support may be appropriate.
Our goal is to help students establish a foundation that supports thoughtful and responsible Christian service.
How the Training Works
The Foundational Course is structured as a 10-week programme.
The School’s broader training approach includes biblical teaching, group discussions, practical observation, guided learning and reflection exercises.
